Central Depositary Act Draft by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation

The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has drafted a version of the Central Depositary Act (amendments to Federal Central Depositary Act 417161-4). The draft was based on materials provided by the MIFC Taskforce and discussions with government experts.
