The Ministry of Education and Science has published the results of August-September 2012 Russian Universities monitoring based on 50 criteria (see the full list on www.vedomosti.ru). Five parameters are key: median USE score for state-sponsored students, research activity, university income level, share of foreign students and total floor space per student. Each parameter has been given a minimum limit.
