The awards ceremony took place in Moscow in June 13. The jury decided to rename 2012’s Best Legal Department category “Stock Market Legislation Effort”. The prize in this nomination went to AC Forum. The jury named the recently passed Central Depositary Act “National Stock Market Development Project of the Year”: the winners are FFMS, the Bank of Russia and Forum Analytical Center.

Stock Market Elite is an annual contest presented by NAUFOR since 2000, the oldest and most respected in the industry. Nominees are named by licensed stock market participants (NAUFOR members) and winners are selected by the National Jury.
