The document offers to grant an opportunity to get long-term visas (for up to 5 years) to representatives and employees of large foreign companies making investments on the territory of Russia. It is also urgent for the companies participating in the Skolkovo Innovation Center projects and creation of the International Financial Center in Russia.

Such visas are offered to issue on a base of requests to the federal executive body enabled by the Government of the Russian Federation submitted to the representative office or Consulate of the Russian Federation (needless to register invitations in regional offices of the Federal Migration Service of Russia). Criteria of detecting these large foreign companies will be defined by the Government of the Russian Federation.
