“When treatment has been fully administered, the system will automatically assess the quality of healthcare services rendered to each patient”, said the minister.

She said that a similar system is in place in Germany and the USA.

Skvortsova pointed out that the new quality control system will be fully in place by 2016, in accordance with the new Healthcare Act. “We will start running the system simultaneously with the data exchange system. It will become operational in the next couple of years”, she said.
